Maggie Parker

Listing Coordinator

Maggie Parker is a Certified Professional Administrator (CPA) with over 30 years of Administrative experience in several business environments including six years of direct experience in Real Estate coordination. As a Listing Coordinator for Contract 2 Close Services, LLC, she is responsible for the preparation of all documents required for broker compliance in a timely and accurate manner. She works closely with sellers and agents from pre-listing stage to activating the listing with all of the processes in between. Maggie’s attention to detail ensures that the featured home is marketed professionally and showcases its unique qualities to potential buyers. She communicates with agents and sellers to guarantee a smooth listing experience.

Stacie Wright

Listing Coordinator

Stacie earned her real estate license and began her career with Keller Williams Premier in 1998 as the 2nd employee hired by the firm. There she served in leadership roles as the Market Center Administrator and then the Assistant Team Leader; helping build one of the largest and most successful real estate firms in the Houston area. Many of the policies and procedures she developed and implemented are still in use at the firm today.  Today, Stacie reinforces high standards of the agent, handling the listing details accurately and efficiently.  This freeing the agent to focus on other tasks like lead generation.  Attention to detail, 21+ years of real estate experience, and excellent communication skills ensure a smooth initiation of each listing.  Peek behind the curtain, and you’ll find Stacie has great respect and understanding of the challenges the agent faces every day.  With her help, listing initiation is one aspect of the business that does not have to be a challenge.

Anna Steiner

Transaction Coordinator

Anna Steiner is a native Houstonian and comes to us with 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career in real estate in 2010 where she helped to manage and lead one of the largest real estate offices in Houston. She held leadership roles as both the Market Center Administrator and the Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Premier. In 2016 Anna obtained her real estate license so she could better assist the agents she worked with to grow and build their businesses. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and two years of experience in the title business. Hard work, dedication, organization and communication are some of the characteristics she prides herself on. Anna is confident that these experiences and her passion for the industry will assist her in serving our clients at a high level. Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with family, friends and is always supporting all of our Houston sports teams!


Shawna Hobbs

Shawna Hobbs has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2015, and she is a designated as a Master Negotiation Expert (MCNE).  Whether it's buying or selling, Shawna strives to provide the best customer service and high level of communication with exceptional organizational skills to all parties to ensure a smooth transaction.  From her beginnings in the commercial real estate to her transition to the residential real estate, Shawna's goal is to make sure our clients feel comfortable with the process of buying or selling from beginning to end.

Natalia Jordan

Natalia Jordan has been in the Real Estate industry since 2004 and comes with a vast amount of experience in the business. She prides herself on her commitment to helping her team succeed. As a licensed Realtor and a Master Certified Negotiations Expert, Natalia is always seeking out new education opportunities to make herself an invaluable resource for our clients. Extremely organized and detail oriented, Natalia has put systems into place to make her team run as smoothly as possible. She is originally from San Diego, California, but has lived in the Houston area since 1994. She is married and has two children. Her hobbies include reading, kickboxing, and fishing.

Cindy Sork Flud

Cindy Sork is a native Texan and has continued living in the surrounding areas of Houston, Missouri City, Richmond and Katy, and is currently enjoying her recent move to Sealy, TX. Cindy began her career in Real Estate in 2015, where she developed a love for the real estate industry. As a Transaction Coordinator, she has found her commitment and customer service skills have made her stand out and taken her to a new level in her career. Cindy’s focus is to make sure that all aspects associated with the contract through to closing are taken care of promptly to ensure a smooth and timely completion for both her agents and their clients. Cindy loves the outdoors, gardening and is a huge Houston Astros baseball fan!

Arpine has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2005.  She is designated as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and brings over 14+ years of contract experience.  Prior to relocating to Texas and becoming a Licensed Realtor, Arpine was a Real Estate Executive Assistant and a Market Center Administrator (MCA) in Louisiana.  Her expertise is in negotiation repairs and managing all aspects of the workflow from contract to close.  She has processed well over 2500+ transactions.  As CEO of Contract to Close, LLC, she oversees and directs all aspects of the in-house Listing and Transaction functions of the business which includes an Executive Assistant, a Social Media Coordinator, Listing Coordinators, and Transaction Coordinators.  In addition, Arpine takes an active role in marketing the business, communicating and coordinating with new and existing Real Estate Agent clients as well as Lenders, Title Companies, and Co-op Agents to ensure smooth transactions.  She is a member of Keller Williams’ Master Faculty for real estate training and is also qualified to mentor and coach experienced and newly Licensed Real Estate Agents.

Kathy Tran is the Executive Assistant at Contract to Close Services, LLC  where she provides administrative support to the team.  Kathy received her BBA from Lamar University in Accounting in 2007 and a dual degree in Marketing and MIS in 2003.  Before starting with Contract to Close,  she had extensive experience in the Accounting field and was an Auditor for Public Accounting firm in Houston, TX.  As an Executive Assistant for Contract to Close Services, LLC she provides tremendous support to the team by ensuring a smooth transaction between Transaction Coordinators and Brokers.

Taylor Wright is a Houston native with over ten years of experience in Graphic Design and Marketing. She realized her passion in High School, where she served as Advertising Manager and Design Editor of the school’s award-winning newspaper. She later accepted an internship at the Katy News, designing advertisements for local businesses. Following in the footsteps of two generations prior, Taylor went on to receive her Texas Real Estate License. Now, she uses her knowledge of Real Estate and marketing/design skills to help other Realtors successfully market their businesses.
