Founder & CEO
Arpine Breaux
Arpine has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2005. She is designated as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and brings over 14+ years of contract experience. Prior to relocating to Texas and becoming a Licensed Realtor, Arpine was a Real Estate Executive Assistant and a Market Center Administrator (MCA) in Louisiana. Her expertise is in negotiation repairs and managing all aspects of the workflow from contract to close. She has processed well over 2500+ transactions. As CEO of Contract to Close, LLC, she oversees and directs all aspects of the in-house Listing and Transaction functions of the business which includes an Executive Assistant, a Social Media Coordinator, Listing Coordinators, and Transaction Coordinators. In addition, Arpine takes an active role in marketing the business, communicating and coordinating with new and existing Real Estate Agent clients as well as Lenders, Title Companies, and Co-op Agents to ensure smooth transactions. She is a member of Keller Williams’ Master Faculty for real estate training and is also qualified to mentor and coach experienced and newly Licensed Real Estate Agents.

Natalia Jordan
Natalia Jordan has been in the Real Estate industry since 2004 and comes with a vast amount of experience in the business. She prides herself on her commitment to helping her team succeed. As a licensed Realtor and a Master Certified Negotiations Expert, Natalia is always seeking out new education opportunities to make herself an invaluable resource for our clients. Extremely organized and detail-oriented, Natalia has put systems into place to make her team run as smoothly as possible. She is originally from San Diego, California, but has lived in the Houston area since 1994. She is married and has two children. Her hobbies include reading, kickboxing, and fishing.

Dawn Arbuckle
Dawn Arbuckle has been a Texas Licensed Realtor since 2001. She started working at her family’s restaurant at the very young age of nine and learned early on the values of hard work and good customer service. As an adult, Dawn worked ten years in the Investment Banking business and another five in Retail Merchandising before starting her Real Estate career. She enjoys the complexity, adaptability, and is grateful for the variety of challenges that this industry brings. Her extensive experience working in a team environment has honed her organizational and time management skills to an exceptional level. As a Transaction Coordinator, her goal is to make the closing process as smooth as possible for her very busy agents and their valuable clients. Dawn has lived in the Houston area all of her life but has made Katy her permanent home for the last 23 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and traveling to tropical destinations in search of the perfect beach

Nicole Jones
Focused on building lasting relationships with her clients, Nicole Jones says her ultimate goal is to make their home buying or selling experience as stress-free as possible while being memorable and pleasurable. In the last 13 years of her real estate career, clients' needs have always been first, and she dedicates 100% of her time and effort to assure she exceeds their expectations. Clients find her to be an effective communicator, allowing a clear and concise understanding of their expectations and needs, and enhancing their ability to use time effectively. Organized, eager, dependable, and personable, Nicole pays great attention to the details. With a seven-year background as a paralegal prior to beginning her career in real estate, Nicole is comfortable with complex transactions, familiar with contracts, and has the ability to work well with different personalities. Nicole says that some of the best advice she ever received was to find your niche, become an expert, then diversify your strengths, and she strives to follow that path in all that she does. Her dedication and versatility has been evident throughout, from receiving a full scholarship to play basketball at the University of Houston, where she was a Political Science major, to her role as a real estate professional and her commitment to community service.

Stacie Wright
Stacie earned her real estate license and began her career with Keller Williams Premier in 1998 as the 2nd employee hired by the firm. There she served in leadership roles as the Market Center Administrator and then the Assistant Team Leader; helping build one of the largest and most successful real estate firms in the Houston area. Many of the policies and procedures she developed and implemented are still in use at the firm today. Today, Stacie reinforces high standards of the agent, handling the listing details accurately and efficiently. This freeing the agent to focus on other tasks like lead generation. Attention to detail, 21+ years of real estate experience, and excellent communication skills ensure a smooth initiation of each listing. Peek behind the curtain, and you’ll find Stacie has great respect and understanding of the challenges the agent faces every day. With her help, listing initiation is one aspect of the business that does not have to be a challenge.

Shawna Hobbs
Shawna Hobbs has held her Texas Real Estate License since 2015 and is designated as a Master Negotiation Expert (MCNE). Whether buying or selling, Shawna strives to provide the best customer service, a high level of communication, and exceptional organizational skills to all parties to ensure a smooth transaction. From her beginnings in commercial real estate to her transition to residential real estate, Shawna's goal is to provide our clients feel comfortable buying or selling from beginning to end.

Kathy Tran
Kathy Tran received her BBA from Lamar University in Accounting in 2007 and a dual degree in Marketing and MIS in 2003. Before starting with Contract to Close in 2019, she had extensive experience in the Accounting field and was an Auditor for a Public Accounting firm in Houston, TX. As a licensed Realtor, she provides tremendous support to our agents, ensuring a smooth transaction from beginning to end with the contract to close process.

Jessica Tierman
Jessica Tierman began her real estate career in 2002. As she ventured into the world of real estate, she realized that her strength was in her personal attentiveness to each one of her clients. Channeling her Colombian family roots, Jessica also took a particular interest in assisting the Hispanic community with achieving home ownership. Having the ability to communicate and educate her clients in Spanish proved to be instrumental as she navigated through some of their unique and complex situations. Jessica is highly detail-oriented, organized and believes in the importance of communication. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with the intent to help achieve a successful outcome. Ultimately, providing a smooth, supportive and effective partnership is her goal. When away from work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family or in the garden. She also loves to craft, cruise, and give her time to the local animal shelters.

Tracy Counce
Tracy got her start in real estate in 2014 as a marketing director for a large, high-production team. Through this, she developed a love for the real estate business, which prompted her to obtain her real estate license in 2016. 2 years later, she made the leap from residential to commercial real estate, and has never looked back. With Tracy's expertise in the commercial side of the industry, she can be a fantastic asset to any Realtor looking to leverage their business. Whether it's a listing, a lease, or a purchase, she is available to help you and your clients through the process as a true professional.

Taylor Wright
Taylor Wright is a Houston native with a background in real estate and a knack for creative writing. She first realized her passion in High School, where she studied Journalism and served as Editor of the school’s award-winning newspaper. Following in the footsteps of two generations prior, Taylor went on to receive her Texas Real Estate License. She has since acquired over eight years of hands-on real estate experience, working for Top-Producing Agents and Real Estate Brokers in roles ranging from Director of First Impressions to Administrative Assistant, and now Listing Coordinator. Taylor enjoys using her impressive writing/communication skills and real estate knowledge to create captivating listings while assisting agents and sellers in making the entire process as seamless as possible. In her free time, Taylor loves to cook, spend time with family, and spoiling her fur babies.
